Guess I don't have much to report today, just putting along. I tried to push the water yesterday to rid myself of the fluid retention from the Sunday Saltfest, but guess I didn't make the grade. Scale is up some today, but I'm not freaking about it.

slice leftover meatloaf
roasted chicken, rice, asparagus
applesauce w/ LF granola

Today we are taking Travis and Lindsay to a special chocolate shop. All the unique chocolates are made on site. The aromas are enough to make me dump. Just kidding.
I may treat myself to a couple of pieces of the sugar free confections. Then we are all going out for $hopping and lunch. A good day ahead.

Susan I found some good cereal ...I think. Its Fiber One Cinnamon Oat Crunch...

Not the best for protein but, its fits for the carbs. I have some with FF half n' half ....hits the spot and I don't seem to dump on it. Its good just plain out of the box too.
Well off to do some chores...happy Tuesday.

Hi Susan.
Today will be an odd day for me......kind of on a softish diet...not clear but not ready for steak and raw veg...lol
B- oatmeal/banana pancakes
s- not sure...maybe some protein...
L- Zucchini Lasagna (all veg, little tiny bit of cheese...mostly veg) with 2 or 3 oz of shredded chicken breast or a cup of cottage cheese (for protein)...maybe some jello to end with.
s- not sure....maybe jello, or yogurt
D- Egg whites or protein
Hope it's a great day for everyone.
