Morning one and all!

Here we are at Monday again, which is usually my day off, but I'll be going in for a couple of hours. Messes with my whole day/week.....agh!
Oh well such is life, right?

Yesterday:

bagel thin w/ egg salad
chef salad w/ lots of goodness on it
soft chicken taco, beans and some rice. Okay, I had some tortilla chips too....hehehe

Hi Susan!  here's my yesterday food:

breakfast:  protein coffee
lunch:  1/2 cup chex mix
supper:  3 hotwing pieces
protein bar

still was a little short on my water only got in 5 glasses.  I did drink a pot of coffee, we can't count any of that?  I'll get it all in today.

L - salad with left over cube steak
D - Not a clue
S - apple & pb

I woke up in the night feeling empty and ate an apple. Better curb that old habit quickly!!!!
