Good morning!
Keeping busy seems to be the key to keep me from over doing it. If I don't have time to run to the bathroom while at work, I sure can't take the time to shove something in my face! Yesterday we had a potluck for one of the stylist's birthday. I brought Greek baked chicken, there was pasta salad and garlic bread. Oh yeah....fresh strawberry pie. Thankfully, I was too rushed to go and get a piece of pie before it went home with the birthday girl. Whew! Another bullet dodged.....lol Today won't be much better, super busy again, but I'm grateful for it, and for the $$ I'm making.
bagel thin w/ lf cream cheese/ham
fiber bar
3 slices chicken breast, pasta salad
Special K Fruit Crisp (100 cal)
greek chicken, 1/2 baked potato, peas
watermelon
Special K lf granola
2 protein coffees, 3 SF FF lattes, 80 oz water

Good morning to you Susan. Yesterday I was too busy to get into trouble too but I was just deep cleaning the house.
breakfast: protein coffee
snack: 1/2 cup fiber one honey clusters (dry)
lunch: protein bar
supper: 3 oz steak and 1/2 cup salad
snack: 1/2 cup guilt free ice cream
I didn't get all of my water in because as soon as I sat down, I fell asleep I was so tired, lol. I'll do better today.

I climbed back on the barge yesterday. When I try to do it on my own, the results are NOT good.
One day at a time. Yesterday was a pretty good day. Today will be better.

I'm rowing as fast as I can but it feels like I'm going in the wrong direction.
Can't seem to get in enough water. Sure am drinking the required amounts but with this hot weather I have been sweating and need MORE. It shows on the skin - puckery and wrinkled.
