Rowing, sailing, and just paddling along. What's on your plate?
Well, I continue to roll but I'm not sure where I'm going...lol. In this for the long haul so I might as well buck up and get it figured out, right?
Ruth, no, I'm not exercising, but I'm going to be checking out a gym that's nearby.
Here's yesterday. Better than it has been!
bagel thin w/ lf cream cheese and shaved turkey
lean cuisine glazed turkey
carbmaster yogurt w/ walnuts and granola
leftover Indian (whatever it was, don't remember the name of the dish)
2 SF popsicles
That does it. I did have 2 lattes and a protein iced coffee.

I hit choppy waters during the night.
After swim class I ate green beans and attempted eating the pork chop Tom cooked. It was more like shoe leather and he fried the damned thing in oil. Annie loved it, but not me.
I woke up in the night all sweaty, shaking and feeling faint. So, I went to the kitchen and had cottage cheese & Kashi with some berries. That did the trick.
Tonight I will cook my own chicken.

Hi Susan,
I did my cardio this morning...yippeee. I've never been good about going to a gym... I joined Curves once a few years back...I think I went for about 3 months and then just let the rest of the year that I paid for go to waste. Personally I came up with too many excuses why I couldn't/wouldn't/didn't get in the car and drive the 5 miles to the gym..... I do better if I keep it simple and walk around my neighborhood or on my treadmill.
Today I'm eating
B- 1 egg, 2 slices whole wheat toast, sliced veg, 1/4 oz feta cheese,orange marmalade
S- 1/2 apple
L- Trout (Matthew is BBQing it...YUM), salad
S- 1/2 apple, PB on lite wasa, 10gr 85% dk choc
D- either yogurt and cottage cheese with blueberries or instead of the cottage cheese whey protein powder.
S- Fruit (about 2 cups of whatever is in the house....melon, watermelon, peaches, plums, grapes...YUM YUM!)

Here's todays totals so far. Need a little more water since I worked out in the heat a lot today. I plan to add a little more protein too.
Only one pot of coffee today with a scoop of protein powder for breakfast.
snack: protein bar
lunch: 2 oz rump roast
supper: 3 oz baked ham]
snack: frozen strawberry banana lite fat free yogurt
all supplements taken, 8 oz water in but still feel a little dry.
I didn't get on the elliptical today. Too worn out from mowing, lol.
