Apparently, not many of you are!!! What's happened to our crew? I KNOW you're eating, so let's hear it....the good, the bad and even the ugly!
Yesterday:
my new favorite bkfst: carbmaster yogurt, walnuts and lf granola
chicken salad w/ ff raspberry vinaigrette
chicken paprikish, noodles, green beans
watermelon
kind of a lite day, but I did have 24 oz ff milk in lattes which helps bring up my calorie/protein count.
So? What about you?

Sorry Susan,
It has been a crazy week. Lunch has been about 2 hours over due, then I feel horrid and have to nap. Very poor planning because it is impossible to catch up.
Plan for today:
Pack extra water !!!!!
B- cottage cheese, blueberries, Kashi
L - out with my friend - probably a salad with grilled chicken
S - banana & pb
D - Chicken & green beans
S - yogurt
More WATER
I forgot you had group when I called. We'll catch up soon.

L-turkey and cheese roll ups and cherry tomatoes
D-Out with friends for my birthday dinner....Mexican Village....ordered Chicken Chimmi...no rice just beans...ate about 1/2 cup of beans and 1/4 of the chicken from my chimmy....YUMMY!!!
Snacks.....too many free birthday drinks!!!
