Good morning one and all!

Well, it seems the secret to not snacking in the evening is getting home from work @7:30 and eating dinner then. By the time I could drink something, there wasn't any time left to eat anything else, so there you are! Somehow I don't think that's a long term solution.

Yesterday:

carbmaster yogurt w/ granola and walnuts
applesauce and cottage cheese
low fat sour cream chicken enchiladas
1/3 c bbq beef  and baked beans
applesauce w/ granola

My "feeding" almost seem like snacking to me..but, I'm following the NUT's plan...

 Yesterday
  protein bar (at 5:30 A.M. no less)
  graham cracker and peanut butter
  1/2 c greek yogurt with 1/2 puffed wheat cereal
  protein bar
  nut crackers and peanut butter
  graham cracker and peanut butter
 (was at the hospital with my mom and forgot all my food except graham crackers /peanut butter and protein bars)
  protein bar
  potato salad ( homemade) and a kosher hot dog/boiled egg

  I'm hoping today will be better, but I'll be at the hospital again..mom is still there..but I'll pack some cheese sticks and crackers..maybe some hummus...some eggs etc.

  Thank you Susan for this thread...it helps me to see what the NUT had in mind and keeps me counting my several "feedings" per day !!!!!!!!!  You're an angel.

Good morning Susan.....I will do my best to stay afloat today!!

Yesterday....

B-yogurt w/ Kashi and one string cheese

L-small chef salad

D-steak w/ mushrooms, peppers and onions

S- popcorn....too much!!
