Hello Crew!
Rowing along today, and I hope your water craft, what ever it may be is merrily floating along. Not a lot of 4th of July stuff here, so I won't have a lot of food to be tempted by. Yipeeeeee. Holidays can be tricky, so watch out.....they're a dangerous bunch!
crustless calzone, english muffin
cottage cheese/applesauce
3 oz grilled chicken
stir fry with rice noodles
Okay.....here's where my day went downhill. I was woefully short of calories, so decided to stop at sonic for one of their little ice cream cones. I almost NEVER dump, never have, but that little cone of evil got me big time. I told Gary the next time I want to make up lost calories by having one to please remind me how miserable I felt after the last one.
Sonic Vanilla cone: $1. Lesson learned by eating one: priceless!

Have been doing pretty well so far. Still have to lose a few pounds I gained. Went back to basics.
I am dropping the protein drinks and atkins food bar.
Coffee
B- Cottage cheese
S- string cheese
L- Salad with chili
S- one piece of protein bread, peanut butter and sugar free jelly
D- Left over salad and chili
S- Celery and peanut butter
