I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I meant to post a reply this morning, but I was so busy at work, time got away from me and just now I remembered.
Here is my fav recipe -- it's my own concoction.
1 3-oz. pkg instant s/f pudding mix, flavor of your choice
2 cups of skim milk
1 cup of fat free half and half
2 scoops of protein powder
Mix together with an electric beater for two minutes.
Pour into chilled ice cream maker and process from 22 to 25 minutes. It will come out like soft serve. This will get really hard in the freezer, but I just nuke it for 30 seconds and it's good to go.
I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker and I love it. Shopped around online and got it for $50 and free shipping -- don't ask me where it's been a couple years ago. Anyway, you have to keep the center part in the freezer all the time so it's ready to go.
Enjoy!

Done! Your Ticker:
Hi, Margo: I am interested. I have a Deni ice cream maker. It makes about a quart or a little more. It has a tub that you put in a sub-zero freezer for a day and then you can make your ice cream.
I don't have any recipes other than those that came with the maker so I have no idea how to make protein ice cream. However, I thought I'd seen discussion about protein ice cream before so hopefully, someone will chime in with a recipe.
I think I paid about $60 for my maker. Got it from QVC.
