Morning Crew!
Well another weekend mostly gone, still off today but lots to do.
Yesterday's menu:
leftover quesadilla from Sat night out
Sonic junior ice cream cone
cottage cheese w/ applesauce (because of the ice cream cone...lol)
slice of 2% cheese
broccoli beef w/ brown rice
lattes, protein coffee, vitamin water and regular water. Not a bad day.

Yesterday went OK. Movie and eating out changed things up a bit..

B: cottage cheese and watermelon
S: Yogurt and granola
L: tossed salad with tomato, chick peas, grapes and chicken
orange fruited gelatin dessert
S: small (well, they call it small, it's not really, and I ate it all...) movie theater popcorn with the stuff that passes for butter
D: Red Robin for dinner
one sirloin slider, two onion rings, 2 steak fries
S: one sirloin slider
Adequate liquids (over 64 oz), one multi with iron and one calcium.
The movie cost me $7.00, and the popcorn cost me $6.00. There's really something wrong with that....
Everyone have a good day. I'm out running around, as soon as I finish breakfast..

Not a bad day at all. You showed you can balance the bad stuff with the good, and not over do it.
Movie popcorn is....well, it's not a movie without it, right? Gary won't get the "butter", so ours never has it on there. The one exception is if we go to a movie on my birthday, they I get my very own bag WITH butter!
Sad when that's what we have to look forward to on a birthday.

Sorry Susan I know this is late...
I have to say I saw my endocrinologist today and ...the NUT was right. I am down in weight..and feeling better.
Breakfast ..protein shake
Snack...graham cracker with peanut butter
Lunch...cheese and crackers
Snack...graham cracker with peanut butter
Dinner...quiche and green beans, few almond crackers
Snack...graham cracker with peanut butter

I have one more "feeding " to do before bed...maybe just a few crackers or blue tortilla chips with some hummus..or my staple...graham cracker with peanut butter.
Still feels like too much food..but, my sugar levels are staying even and I'm not passing out anymore.
So I guess i was just plain ole...starving myself.
