Hi Susan and everyone!

I have been doing better, I thought!   Since my back has been hurting I cut out my walking.  Guess what?  I am  up four pounds.  Can I start screaming now?

Coffee
B- Protein drink
S- String Cheese
L- Cottage cheese and three big strawberries
S- Blue berries and a few more strawberries
D- Turkey burger, salad
S- Greek yogurt...  OMG  they have a carmel one.
