Hi all,

Dang, it's too hot to eat! Actually, it's too hot to do anything!!!

Here's my day from yesterday:

cottage cheese w/ applesauce and LF granola
chicken salad w/ cranberries and walnuts, on baked pita
salad w/ chicken, beets and bean sprouts
bratwurst, german potato salad
applesauce w/ LF granola
watermelon

Okay, off and runnin!

Good morning Susan.......I am rowing around in circles today!!

Yesterday....

B-High Protein Drink
L-turkey brat and baked beans
D- Ribeye steak and small salad
S-taddy grahams and yogurt

Sigh...even when it's hot I can eat! LOL

B: dirty rice with refried beans mixed in it....weird for breakfast
S: Atkins shake
L: beef stir fry with all the veggies
S: apple
D: don't know probably steak and salad
S: strawberries and blueberries

I'm been on the go fixing up stepdaughter and SIL's house they just closed on. I'm sore! This is worse than any workout...I miss the gym!! LOL

Today is the usual - nothing exciting or different.

Yesterday was not so good. Missed water, snacks and meals. Supplements too which is rare for me.

Today I have a granddaddy headache. Well DUH!!!

I'm going to eat, drink and take a nap.
