I need your recipes!
My standby is cottage cheese/jello - I keep it in the refrigerator all the time:
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1 - any flavor sugar free jello/dry (small 3 oz. pkg)
Stir dry jello into cottage cheese until well mixed.
Fold in 1/2 of a small lite cool whip.
Sometimes I add a small can of well drained crushed pineapple.
Chill for several hours before serving.
