What? No early birds today? What's new?
Had a great day yesterday. Went to my brothers for Fathers Day. My dad was there.
I think I ate too much and NOT stepping on the scale today. Not really bad food or snacks, just seems I did a little more than I should.
Well, my sister has stopped speaking to me since last Tuesday. I am worried about all her doc appointments, but I guess if she doesn't care I shouldn't either. But, I am worried about her.
Can't seem to get out of the stressed out mode.
I hope everyone had a nice day yesterday. It was beautiful here. Sunny and no humidity. A perfect day.
Post away, I will check back later. Once I have reached my limit on coffee...
Peace
I am on my way. What a ride it has been.

I'm trying to wake up...didn't get to bed until after midnight since I was up watching Open Water 2: Adrift. I'm sipping on decaf trying to wake up, but caffeine sure would be better -- have been sticking to the no caffeine rule, though, unless I'm out and that's all there is.
Well, I'd better get to work and start my day. Sure wish I had the day off and I could go back to sleep for another hour - lol
I hope you all have a Marvelous Monday!
Debbie
Work on Monday is easy. My client attends a clay class where I sit, visit with the people and crochet. Not bad work.
On Saturday, the M&M's and I played 'airplane'. I lay on my back, they get on my feet, then I raise them in the air and they balance like an airplane. Good work out, loads of laughs and giggles.
Kisses

Oh Annette, I can just picture you doing that.....what fun! I could probably get on the floor, but it would take a "committee" to get me back up! Stupid knees.
Have towels washed and in the dryer, so my garage where the laundry is won't get so hot later in the day.
Had a really boring day yesterday -- golf didn't come on until late in the day as they were playing at Pebble Bea*****alif. Then the big guns (Tiger, Phil, and Ernie) fell apart, so McDowell from Ireland ended up winning by one stroke. Finished my 750 page book and took it up to the library drop box and then filled up the van with gas....it's $2.63/gal here -- took $32 to fill it up. Otherwise I could have worked on some cross stitch, but left my close up glasses at work. Have two more baby bibs to do, just waiting for them to come in the mail from Charles Craft Co. A boy and a girl -- hopefully that will be the last of the babies at work for a while! Seems like we've had a lot of new babies all of a sudden. Have patterns picked out - one will be
"my heart belongs to Grandma" -- cleared that with the Mommy, and she loved it -- her Mom works at the bank too! The other one will be some cute baby chicks.
Need to get ready for work now, so have a great day everyone.

PS going Wednesday to Gr. Rapids to have an endoscopy....have Barrett's Escophagus and bariatric surgeon wants to check that and my pouch. Son will take me as I can't drive afterwards.

Done! Your Ticker:
Abbie will have a ball game tonight - that is, if we don't get the heavy rain predicted.
We camped over the weekend even though rain was forecasted at 70% chance all weekend. But it rained all around us, but didn't rain at the campground. YAY.
Have a great day.

I've been upset since last night. Our Son did not call his Father on Father's Day. He was really disappointed. By the time Hubby mentioned that he was surprised he didn't call, it was 10:00 p.m., too late to call him. Besides Hubby would know I intervened.
I came in to work at 7:30 a.m. this morning because my V.P. had a meeting. I get in and he is standing in the break room making toast. I said, oh you're not in your meeting and he says, it's been postponed until tomorrow. Could you have let me know??? I'm thinking. I would have liked an extra hour in bed. YEESH.
Hubby did a roast on the spit on the grill yesterday. Oh my gosh, so tender I didn't need a knife. And he marinated it in wine, garlic and worcestshire so it was yummy too. I brought some for lunch today.
It's going to be 90 today and sunny. We left the air conditioner on at home. Our house is a ranch that sits in the middle of 2 acres with no trees near it, so it just bakes all day.
Well I have a training I'm giving at 9:00 a.m. so got to do some work.
Hugs to all who need them.
Bev
Yesterday was *hot* and *humid* and today is supposed to be hot as well. In fact, we're supposed to be into the 90s for at least a week, including daughter Kristin's graduation ... which will be outdoors! :P
Ted had a wonderful Father's Day. We all chipped in to get him a belt sander for his workshop and then he and I went to Lowe's to get it. He was so happy! We had steak, onion, pepper & mushroom roll-ups for dinner (his request) and then three of his sat down together to watch "Alice in Wonderland" (the one with Johnny Depp. Both girls were working.
Today ... hiding from the sun!
We're going to get Little T this week and go to the beach for a couple of hours.
Have a wonderful first day of summer everyone!
Cassie

We had a nice day yesterday until I mentioned something about not liking our house. It's not the house exactly, it's where the house is. But, until I can find a way to teleport it to a better neighborhood, we're here. Gary feels like I'm saying he's not a good provider or inadequate, which isn't the case, we just made a poor choice when we bought here. Oh well. I need to buck up.
Going to the ophthalmologist today to see about these cataracts. At the very least I need new glasses, so it will be good to get that done.
Time to hit the shower. Hope you all have a wonderful day!
