Morning to one and all sailing on this journey together!
I ran all day yesterday, but still managed to get everything in. Not sure about today since work continues to be busy, busy.

My menu yesterday:
cottage cheese/applesauce with a bit of LF granola
the chicken and 1/3 bun from a grilled chicken sandwich
steak, sweetpotato, beets
watermelon
the usual lattes, protein coffee and lots and lots of water!

This week has just flown by...where does the time go?
B: homemade banana nut bread
S: Atkins shake
S: apple
L: don't know going to a baby shower here at work, I'll wing it
S: Atkins shake if I need more protein
S: banana
D: salad with ham and lots of veggies
S: apple
And lots of water, need my water! Right now I'm drinking pomegranate cherry SoBe lifewater. I gotta start laying off the coffee, water much better for me...unless I need to wake up. LOL

D- half of a turkey sandwich on Oat nut bread, turkey, tomatoe, lettuce and cheese.
I am doing good about getting all my water in.
Scale has not moved. I think because I hurt my back and stopped walking for a few days.
I am promising myself no food ater 7 at night.
