Good morning!

Happy Father's day to everyone, especially those who are both moms AND dads. Not an easy job, for sure.

Here's a recipe I just found on Recipezaar for a chicken mini meat loaf. They're made in muffin cups, so they're super WLS friendly sized for us. Now, the nutritional info is for 4-6 servings, making a serving 2-3 muffins. We would only eat one, so dividing the calories down gave me 125 cals and 10 gr protein.
I'm going to make these this week, so I'll let you know.

Yesterday started out well, and went well until I got home. Gary had scheduled a photo shoot at the house for maternity photos along with the lady's husband and 3 (yes 3 children under 8). Well, they were almost 4 hours late getting here, so when I got home after a very busy week, there were all these very busy people in my house and a Wal-mart pizza in the oven and chicken nuggets in the toaster oven.   NOT what I had planned. Oh well. Life is like that sometimes.

1/2  roast beef sandwich while driving to work
cottage cheese/applesauce
yogurt/LF granola
protein iced coffee
1 slice cheese pizza
watermelon

Not bad, just not great. Today won't be much better with Father's day, but I'll do my best. It's all I can do.

Today has been long and it's only 4 pm. Waaay behind on fluids and protein.

B - berries, cottage cheese & Kashi
L - green salad with sprinkle of cheese. We ate out and nothing else sounded good
D - pork chops & green beans
S - apple & pb, maybe a yogurt later on too

Pizza and chicken nuggets - the kids were probably VERY happy.

Hi Susan and everyone!

Gee, I thought I posted to this thread this morning.  Seems like my short term memory is getting shorter and shorter.

Well I will write about today tomorrow.  Let's just say it was not a good eating day...Too much

Coffee
B- Protein drink and banana
S- STring Cheese
L- Cottage cheese, pineapple
S- String cheese and apple sauce
D- Chicken, green beans and a small salad.
S- atkins bar
