Morining one and all!

Don't have much to report, just heading down the river of life. I'll be busy today so I'll be taking things that I can eat on the run. Hate doing that as I feel like I shovel my food, but you do what you gotta do, right?

Here's yesterday's menu.

leftover shephard's pie
cottage cheese w/ pineapple
1/2 PB&J
baked egg roll
chili verde, 1/2 ww tortilla, 1/4 beans
1/2 c applesauce w/ LF granola and Cool Whip free

2 lattes, 2 protein coffees, lots of water

The other night I decided to sample two ravoli. They sank like cinder blocks and stayed there. I'll stick to the old, boring menu.

My biggest decisions will be how to prepare the chicken, eat green beans hot or cold, and which type of berry to have with cottage cheese. Simple but works.
