Normal vs Optimal
From my eating coach Kristi...well since I had surgery it's all a plus for me. Less is more in our case and getting off all our meds. We don't eat like "normal" folks anymore but we still have challenges, like making the best food choices for us and not grazing and staying away from bad sugars and carbs. We struggle just like the normal folks do. Hugs Debbie

A vast majority of our population is.As an adult, it is "normal" to eat 3,790 calories per day (that is an actual statistic -- not something I just made up). So -- think about when you sit down with a group of peers -- do you eat as much as they do? Do you take as many meds as they do? Do you want to be normal? Or..... Do you want to eat less than they do, stop having to take as many meds as they do, and live an optimal life in optimal health? |
