Rowing, sailing, and just paddling along. What's on your plate?
Morning one and all!
Today I MUST concentrate on fluids. I was so busy yesterday I just didn't get them in. What I didn't eat during the day I made up for at dinner. We went to a new restaurant owned my a man from the Czech Rep. A client told me it was wonderful and they served the best hummus in town. Hummus at a Czech restaurant? This we had to see! Well, the hummus was amazing, and their menu was very ecletic, with shepard's pie (which I had), flatbread pizza, sandwiches and even home made sauerkraut. Service was wonderful, and the owner even stopped by to introduce himself.
So, here's how yesterday shook out:
mini bagel w/ sliced turkey kelbasa
cottage cheese w/ pineapple
leftover shrimp creole
hummus, 4 pita chips, 1/4 shepard's pie, 1/2 dessert crepe
1/4 c Special K lf granola
Didn't go over my 1400 cals by too much, so that's good. AND, I still have shepard's pie for lunch today!

I ran into trouble yesterday because I forgot to eat lunch or a snack. Around 4 pm at the mall, I got sweaty and shakey. Messed up any further shopping.
