Hey All!! 

Busy busy day at the salon, so I'll be packing a lot of high protein snacks to grab and go on the run. We'll be going out to dinner because I already know I won't be cooking!

Yesterday's menu:

bkfst burrito
cottage cheese/applesauce
leftover corn and pork chop
cheese cubes and SBD protein Fit bar
thin crust BBQ chicken pizza

a couple of SF FF lattes, and tons of water/tea

Slow day on this boat.
B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - chicken, green beans, a couple of grape tomatoes & green salad
S - apple & pb
D - same as lunch

Tom's gone all day at a golf tournament - I can do whatever I want, which is not much more.

B-High Protein Drink
S-string cheese
L-small chef salad
D-roast beef and baby carrots
S- popcorn

Hi Susan, Annette and Connie!

Well, I have been really busy the last few days.  I haven't had time to even catch up some of the posts.   I have been doing pretty good with my eating,  thank God for HUGE favors.

Coffee
B- Protein Drink
S- STring cheese
L- Mortadella with string cheese in the middle...
S-  Atkins bar
D-  Cottage cheese with strawberries.
S-  Some fruit, Cherries, Strawberries and a few grapes.  I craved fruit lately.  Must be my body telling me I need it!
