Morning everyone,

Yesterday was not good. I had breakast and got stuck out w/o a snack or access to anything but fast food. I thought I'd get something from the service deli at the grocery store before I did my shopping, but everything looked greasy and yuck. So, I forged on with shopping and started to feel really badly. Couldn't concentrate, kind of dizzy, most likely my blood sugar had tanked. I grabbed some cheese squares and had some of those, and as soon as I paid for my bananas, had one. I felt terrible still when I got home, so I took a 90 min nap. Then I felt like do-do from sleeping during the day.

That will learn me!

bagel w/ ff cream cheese 2 slices bacon
cheese cubes and a banana
shrimp creole
1/3 c ff ice cream, homemade applesauce

lattes, many....protein coffee.

Today might not be much better, I'm SUPER busy at work, but I'm going to try!

S- String Cheese
L-Ham and cheese roll up
S- atkins bar
D-Cottage cheese and pineapple
S- Atkins bar a few nuts

That was not a pleasant experience. A good reminder that the pouch still rules. Have a better day.

My day will be a little bit different. Marcy and I are going out for lunch then gabbing until swim class. Ahh yes - a relaxing day ahead. We just need to coax each other to eat & drink instead of flapping our jaws.

Good morning Captain and fellow crew-mates! Happy Tuesday to all and happy eating too!

Coffee, 2 large cups, had to wake up!
B: Atkins shake
S: Pear
L: chili
S: apple
D: don't know but I may have to sit with a gentleman today for the No One Dies Alone after work so I will drink another Atkins shake to keep me going til I get home.
S: cottage cheese

Hello Susan...sorry yesterday wasn't a good day for you....hopefully today will be better!

I always keep a Pure Protein Bar in my purse just for that reason....when I can't get anywhere to eat at least I have that.

B-High Protein Drink
S-banana
L-Calico Beans
D-pork roast and baby carrots
S-chex mix....naughty!

B- Loaded omolet (4 cheeses, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes.
L - Brisket and corn
S - Meat loaf, corn and potatoes TV dinner (did not eat most of the potatoes
Snack - Cheese, cheese, cheese, 5 lemon snaps, 5 pretzels (various times of the day)
