Morning Crew!

I'm heading out today to help my salon owner do some menu plans for the week. This woman doesn't know a calorie from a crayola. She went to my nutritionist who told her how many calories she should be eating, but now she doesn't know what to do with that information. Imagine, over the course of one day all she had to eat was three pieces of toast with FF cream cheese and jelly!  It may be a long morning...lol

Here's my yesterday....

2 oz sliced flat iron steak, mini bagel
pasta fagioli
almonds
1/4 shrimp quesidilla, 8 chips and guacamole
cherries

Yesterday:

Coffee
B- Protein drink
S- String cheese
L-  Pastavazule (sp)  Soup
S- Atkins bar
D- more soup
S- Cheese
Atkis bar.

Going to shake up my daily menu!

I'm eating CROW today.  My work notes were due last week and I completely forgot to turn them in.

That has never,ever happened and boy do I feel stoooopid. Poor too - no notes means no paycheck.

I can't even think about food until I go face my boss. She is a sweety and will be kind. (I hope)

Will that crow be broiled or roasted with garlic sauce??  What a bummer!

My boss was completely understanding. What a relief. She said not to worry, some people do it all the time.

That's good because I don't know the nutritional value of crow.

Well, I'm glad it all worked out. I wasn't able to find any nutritional info at all for crow, no matter how hard I looked.

Good morning Susan and fellow crew mates!
Well my weekend was a bust and now today and the next 3 days I will be detoxing my body of sugars and carbs. Sigh...but I'm always going to have to tend to me won't I??? Yep...it never ends. I have picked myself up and today I will also go and walk 3 miles during my break/lunch.

B: low carb wrap with eggs, cheese and sausage...I was starved this morning and I mean I was hungry.....
S: Atkins shake
L: Atkins shake
S: pear
S: apple
D: cottage cheese and tuna
S: Atkins shake

I find when I eat a great breakfast then less during the day I do better. I need my breakfast.
