Morning one and all,

Computer troubles again today, so I'll be quick so Gary can have his back. AGHHHHH!!!!

Yesterday's food:

eggbeater, cheese and steak burrito
pasta e fagioli and 1/2 biscuit
cherries
grilled chicken thigh, 2 tbs mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw
1/2 c ff ice cream w/ special K lf granola

lattes, protein coffee, 100+ oz iced tea lemonade.

I'll be back. Just call me Arnold....lol

S- Banana
L-immatation crab salad and a few crackers
D-homemade Calico Beans  .... 7 kinds of beans, bacon and ground turkey etc....YUMMY!!!!!!!!
S-string cheese

Hmmm let me try to remember yesterday.  My short term memory seems to be getting shorter!

B- Proetin drink
S-
Lunch -  A little of a salsa tortado
S-  String cheese
D-a little more tortado
S-  Nuts

Afternoon Susan...
 
   Well I've been reading and lurking for awhile...I was hospitalized again for the severe delayed dumping and reactive hypoglycemia.  They are now confusing me terribly with "add carbs"..no "not a lot of carbs"..etc.  Finally I have decided to eat what I know and they can figure out the rest later.

   Breakfast...protein shake with 1/2 banana
   Snack...cheese and whole wheat crackers
   Lunch...1/4 cottage cheese with whole wheat crackers...5 small chicken spiedeies

    Snack later...probably a cheese stick and 1/2 banana
    Dinner...don't know yet
    snack...protein shake with handful blueberries

  That is about the best I can do.
