Ok, you brought it up.....

I've been taking stool softeners twice a day for a really long time. The ones I've been buying are gel caps, the only ones I can find. The other day I was at the grocery store and found some in 1/2 dosage in a tablet form, but a smaller bottle than I normally buy. I figured it would be okay until I got to Sams and I'd just take 4 morning and night instead of two.


WRONG!!!!!!

Hi Susan and OH buddies:

No time to chat, so here is the plan:

B - Oatneal with wheat germ, raisins and milk
S - Nada
L - Small chef salad, protein bar
S - Cheese stick
D - Wendy's chili and mixed greens
S - SF cocoa

Plan to have a salad at least once a day because green leafy veggies keep the plumbing very REGULAR.

I've been trying to eat more salads too. I get a bag of spring mix and a head of romaine, clean/chop everything and put it into a giant tupperware bowl. All I have to do is grab 'n go!
