Didn't think I'd get here this morning since I have to get out the door to take my friend for her plastics. Since I had a couple of extra minutes I thought I'd at least get you all started. I'll be back when I get Cindy home and settled.

Thank you all for missing me and sending such nice thoughts my way!!! Love you all.

Hi Susan and yes I am happy you are back!

Good wishes for your friend.  I hope everything goes well.

Yesterday I did great.  Until the evening.

B- Protein drink
S- banana
L- Cottage cheese and pinapple
S- Protein drink
D-  Beans and a sausage
S- Cottage cheese and pineapple  AND then I had some potatoe chips.  I am not even that crazy about them.  I think I needed something salty and crunchy.  I threw them away.  Today I feel like crap for eating them

Yeah, evening here is rough, too. My problem is that if I don't get enough in during the day, I have to make up for it after work. So....there's the rub. How do I catch up on 300 calories or so, keeping to the no drinking 30 mins before/after, and not feel like I'm grazing?  It can be very frustrating.
One thing I've stopped doing is having things like chips or treats in the house. If I buy something at a convenience store, like chips, it's one of those grab bags and at least I don't feel horrible for eating it.

Hi Susan and fellow rowers...Happy Thursday!

Well today I'm resting my pouch, ate chicken last night and Wham! Pain city for almost an hour, almost thought I'd have to go to ER to get a shot to relax me.

Today it will be for me yogurt, soups, lots of water...gotta rest the pouch!

Good morning

I over slept this morning so the entire day will be off schedule.

Food = same as always
Cottage cheese, berries & Kashi
green salad & deli ham
apple & pb
turkey meatball & cabbage

It works for me.

So glad you're back!

Same old, same old for me.
  Still struggling with the grazing, but doing much better with the liquids and the vitamins and calcium

I just love this see-saw that is my life!  After 4 years you'd think it would be easier.....

Life is still easier to handle at size 12 than it was at size 24/26.   Food and cravings, not so much.

Still rather be right here where I am.....
