Didn't think I'd get here this morning since I have to get out the door to take my friend for her plastics. Since I had a couple of extra minutes I thought I'd at least get you all started. I'll be back when I get Cindy home and settled.

Yesterday I did great. Until the evening.
B- Protein drink
S- banana
L- Cottage cheese and pinapple
S- Protein drink
D- Beans and a sausage
S- Cottage cheese and pineapple AND then I had some potatoe chips. I am not even that crazy about them. I think I needed something salty and crunchy. I threw them away. Today I feel like crap for eating them

Yeah, evening here is rough, too. My problem is that if I don't get enough in during the day, I have to make up for it after work. So....there's the rub. How do I catch up on 300 calories or so, keeping to the no drinking 30 mins before/after, and not feel like I'm grazing? It can be very frustrating.
One thing I've stopped doing is having things like chips or treats in the house. If I buy something at a convenience store, like chips, it's one of those grab bags and at least I don't feel horrible for eating it.
