Okay, so ready or not, I'm back. I'm going to try this again, hoping that just because you don't post what you're eating, you're at least reading it. A couple of people have said they miss this thread, so here we go again.

I've been trying really hard to get to and keep up my required 1400 cals a day. I hate it. I feel like I'm grazing, and then I start feeling like I'm slipping back into old habits. Such a delimma. Wish they had operated on my brain when they did my rny!!  But, I know lots of you feel the same way!  Work has been busy, which adds to those feelings, since lots of days I just have to grab a few almonds between clients. I have taken some time to take my lunch out to our picnic table and enjoy the sunshine, which has been great. At least I'm not shoveling it down when I'm out there.

Yesterday:

bkfst burrito
cottage cheese and NSA cherry pie filling
salad w/ grilled chicken
posole ( Mexican pork and hominy soup) and some baked chips

fat free ice cream w/ more cherries. Thank goodness they're gone...lol
various lattes, protein coffee, lots of water,

Susan

Susan!  I missed you and this thread!  Good to see you starting it up again.  Please post recipe's too.  Maybe start a new thread with them?

Boy, I went off my diet over the weekend.  Not too much junk but I still had a few.

Yesterday was getting back on the plan, I found it difficult to do so after Sunday and Monday.

Let's see if I can remember-
B- Proetien drink
S- String cheese
L- Cottage cheese and some pineapple
S- String cheese
D- Hamburger pattie. Only half because it was way too dense. Had a little left over baked beans and some broccoli, raw.
S-  Some nuts and later a pure protien food bar

Peace

Mary

I am on my way.  What a ride it has been.

Teethy We need dry dock sometimes to scrape off the barnacles.
Let's row.

I'm craving hot, spicey and Italian so turkey meat balls in tomato sauce will be on my menu.

Tom tends to complain when I use ground turkey but only when he sees the package. The wrappings will go in the trash Walking Garbage Canand he won't know the difference. Bad me.

Nice to see you back Sweety.

I will be honest.  I never post on this thread.  And I don't always read it.  But I miss it for two reasons.  One being able to see your smiling face.  The other is, just seeing the title of it reminds me to plan my food for the day.  Thanks for all you do.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Susan, George voices my feeling exactly. I so do not want to post my food. I know I should but I'm so stubborn about it. Just reminds me too much of my weigh****cher days. However, I do still get a benefit. Knowing that you are doing it makes me more mindful. I too just love seeing you each day. I stop by and love the recipes that show up and I too do think about my food more because of you.
