Exercise.......movin' right along on Monday

Mornin'!!

I got my tale out of bed nice and early and was out the door by 6:30 for my morning cardio.  I changed it up today doing a "wog" (combo walking and jogging).  I really felt it this morning.  Let's see if this impacts the leg/feet swelling.

So glad I pushed myself this morning.  My current challenge is to stick to a regular routine before I leave on my trip.

Anyone else have plans for working out today?

At the gym at 5:30am for a 45 minute work out. Walk, resistance & stationary bike. The doctor has ordered me to 45 to 60 minutes at least 6 days a week! :(

I'm so impressed you are AT the gym by 5:30.  Lately the earliest I can get out of bed is 6:15.  Tomorrow I'm shooting for getting up at 5:45 and out the door by 6.
I can't imagine how I got to the office by 7am with a 1hr commute all those years.......don't miss it for a minute!!!!

A Wog!! now that is too cute!! I wogged this weekend and today during break Juli, Chris and I took a walk, 3 miles for Juli and I and Chris did 1 mile. Chris is doing so well, she is practicing mindful eating and continues to exercise with Juli and I. Small steps but she is doing it! Wooot!!

After work it depends on what I find at home. If the lawn isn't mowed I'll start on that. If the pool (we have a med. above ground pool with a small filter, bought it last summer at WalMart) isn't in, I'll have hubby help me put it up for the grandkids...and me too!! It's so hot here in Michigan...85 outside.

24 is on tonight...2 hours of blasting people...Jack Bauer is getting back! Yowsers! I love 24!

A dear friend of mine back home is a huge "24" fan.  I'll be meeting her in Manhattan when I go home...can't wait to see her.
