Hi!!
No exercise for me today..Saturday...I'm recuperating from a very long day of activity yesterday and major swelling in the legs/feet because of it.
GEEZ I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS TO STOP!
Tomorrow I'll do either a bike ride or a cardio walk.
I hope during my trip home in a couple weeks that I won't swell up like a blow fish...that will not be any fun!
Have a great weekend......enjoy whatever activities you fit in.

Almost 11am and still in my robe. Cleaning this am. What a bunch of dirt we collect inside with all of the construction going on us. Contractors are supposed to keep i****ered down but don't do a very good job of it. Company coming for dinner. Doubt if they would notice but I will so it must get cleaned up today. Will do my best to get to the gym this afternoon as I didn't go yesterday. Made a Costco run after work and stopped at a couple of thrift stores. My treat for the week of working. Have a good one.

I did my customary Zumba and Elliptical and weights on Monday. The rest of this week (up until today), I felt kind of fluey and tired (allergies or something). It is better today.
I did 1 hour of Tae-Bo class of the 1-1/2 hour (most of the cardio--I'm still not good on the floor yet), 1/2 hour of Fitlinx weights and 1 hour of Zumba.
Tomorrow probably a walk of some type and the normal housework.

I joined a gym, I had a training session last saturday and then again on thursday. So far I have worked out and cardio 5 times. Feel sore and great lol. I took my DH with me he says I am trying to kill him. We did Boot camp yesterday ( Saturday ) boy did that hurt. I will try to post daily with what I am doing.
