Hi Nancy and everyone!
Had a busy morning. Had to trade in my new computer because it didn't work properly. Got all my running around this morning done. went to bank, shopping etc.
My son did not come over for his birthday this week , because he was in pain. He had hernia surgery two years ago and now has another one that needs an operation. Ugh... when it rains it pours. He did it at work, so he is hoping workman's comp covers it. If not, he has no insurance.
My sisters son's pretrial was yesterday. They got it dropped down from 7 charges to two. He will still have to serve time, it is up to the judge. I hope he is not going to have to serve a long time.
Worked all day yesterday in the yard. It felt really good. Wanted to today but it is raining and cooler. Bummer.

I'm glad the charges are reduced although what is left I'm sure is serious. I will think good thoughts about his sentencing. It was a horrible accident. He is young and his leaving the scene was panic and the bad judgement of youth. I hope the judge is not too hard on him. To have killed his beloved uncle seems like a hard punishment as it is. It most likely will haunt him the rest of his days.
