How frightening an experience you had and I am sure, I am among many, who are grateful to read that you survived this experience, with nothing appearing to out of the ordinary, as you stated so well, the car, it is replaceable, you, not so much!
Funny how your inner voice was speaking to you and you did what most of us do, ignored it. . . thanks for reminding me how important it is to do what that deep within voice tells us to do, as women we often put ourselves and what we need at the bottom, it's just so programmed in us to ignore things and put off to tomorrow what needs doing at the time we think of it.
Sending you gentle cyber hugs and I sure do hope your tests reveal nothing out of the ordinary and that you do not suffer lingering pains. . .
