Good Morning Margo, All the rest of my OFFr friends. . .

I woke up early this morning, rolled over and the petting began. . . my Roxie girl is addicted to love and never gets enough, but luckily there are plenty of providers because she is such a loving dog.

Anyway, glad to hear you had a wonderful weekend Margo, I did too, but for that you would have to read the last post to yesterday's whats new thread, as I won't bore people by rehashing it again!

Ihad a very busy Monday and was grateful that Ihad slept well on Sunday, because Idid not leave wor****il almost 7 p.m., but being busy is all good.

Raining here, which is great for my newly planted gardens and Iam going to be getting ready for work in the next couple of minutes.

Today is my Tony's birthday and I created an ecard with pictures taken this past weekend of him with Roxie and me with Roxie and sent it to him. He is truly a great guy and Ifeel very blessed to have him in my life.

Well I am just gushing with gratitude and what a difference a month makes . . .

Hope you each find the strength and peace to get through whatever life experiences come your way today! Wishing you peace and joy!

Laureen

Thanks, she probably weighs as much as you do.  . .  thing is I don't over feed her, but I think because she is fixed, she is plain old plump. . .

Happy Tuesday OFF family,
Work is busy but I'm getting a lot done.
I'm going to a "brown bag lunch" today, listening to Native Americans on their Spirituality. Sounds interesting and hopefully can tie that into when I sit with a Native American if that should ever happen with the NO one dies alone program that I volunteer with.

It's very dark and gonna rain hard here in Michigan.

Had a great time camping this past weekend. All 3 doggies were well behaved, did lots of walking and bike riding. Lots of deer were all around along with 2 raccoons that were looking for food.

Everyone have a great day! Debbie

Debbie,

I have to tell you, some years ago, I read some very interesting stuff on the Indian spirituality and have incorporated some of their ideals in my own belief systems as it is very mu*****eeping with what my personal feelings were and are. . .  truly the way we live as American's today is wasteful and not in keeping with their ideology, sad that we took everything away from them and look at the state of things today. . .  I can so get on a soapbox here, but I won't, hope you enjoyed the brown bag luncheon and came away with a nice feeling about what the true American's are about, sadly we ruined their society with booze and by taking their dignity. . .

Sounds like your weekend was spent well. . .

Take care, Laureen
