Good morning crew.

Today's recipe is for  grilled asparagus. I'm going to decrease the parm cheese (who needs 1/4 cup of it anyway) and use my indoor electric grill while a steak is resting after it's done grilling.

Yesterday's plan went terribly astray, the polar opposite of the day before when I didn't eat enough. Sure made up for it. Damn bad choices in the process. Too embarrassing to even talk about. Back on the wagon today, though. Started it out with a piece of double fiber toast and a poached egg.

L-small chef salad
S-protein bar
D-mexican pizza (Taco Bell)
S-crackers (with my meds)
