Yesterday:
bkfst burrito
6 shrimp, 1/4 c fried rice
hot and sour soup
PB&J
That's it for food. Super busy at work, which is good for the wallet, not for the food plan. The rest of my calories were filled out with protein drinks and finally, out of desperation, a whole milk latte! Forgot how good those tasted, which is a very good thing.
cals: 1005 fat: 34 carbs: 113 fiber: 13 protein: 74

Start- Protein
Breakfast- Oatmeal
Snack- Apple
Lunch - Left over Chicken Cutlet, zucc, salad, maybe a little spaghetti
Snack - PB on wasa, choc, coffee
Dinner - Fillet Mignon, grilled veg....1 margarita (maybe)

This is everything that goes into my oatmeal (Takes longer to make than to eat!)

Oatmeal breakfast. 2/3 cup cooked organic steel cut oats with raisins and cranberrie s. Added on top of the cooked oatmeal is 1 1/2 tsps Flaxseed Oil, 1tsp ground flaxseed, 1tsp organic wheat germ, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 2 or 3 walnut halfs, 1tsp organic pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, 1 tsp honey. YUM YUM

It's not bad really.....once the oats are cooked I just take a tbls of this and a tsp of that and mix it all together....it's become so routine and I really do enjoy it....very filling!!
I'm having egg tomorrow...I love scrambled egg....I could eat it every day, but don't.

Susan....finally I have hair I can go out in without looking like a HOOKER!!! It is three shades of blond and I like it.....much closer to the way it is supposed to be!! She also put a toner on it and that helped a lot.
