Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!
I went to get my hair redone yesterday.....what a mess....it still isn't right so I have to go back again tomorrow....UGH!!!!! Needless to say I am not happy!
I have an appointment today to get an exam for new contacts. I got new glasses a couple months ago. I have a different doctor do my contact exam. They are a lot less expensive then the other place.
Nothing much planned for the rest of the day. Might go out tonight with some friends.

Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I worked from 9 - noon today (as usual). At 2 p.m. I took Zootie, my sweet little Yorkie to the vet to have the stitches removed from his leg where he had a benign tumor removed 10 days ago. Everything is looking good for him. And this evening my husband and I are attending the final production of the 2009-2010 season of the Philly Pops: Maureen McGovern is the guest vocalist. So sad the season is over. Going to these concerts is just so wonderful. But we have next season to look forward to (and a still shrinking me who will be able to walk up the steps with much less effort that it took the beginning of THIS season).

Late afternoon again. Glad Tom's test were good Annette. It seems like so many people I know have cancer in some degree or another.
I have so much housecleaning to do. I was hoping I would get some organizing done while I'm at it. I think I'll tackle the fridge tonite. I have a lot of floors that need washing and the bathtub and shower. Ugghhh.
It's my own fault for procrastinating so long.
Ate like an itiot today. I'm just so mad at myself.
Memorial Day weekend will be a nice respite. I need a three day weekend.
Susan, that Shellac sounds interesting. Last month I tried the soak-off OPI gel polish, once in red and again in french. After the French I had them take it off. Well what a mess I have on my hands now ~ pun intended. Most of taking it off is filing it off. Soaking in acetone did very little to get it off. My nice healthy nails have all broken, peeled or bent off. I have no nails now. I'm hoping my calcium will make them grow back quicker, but I'm so disappointed. The salon told me it wouldn't hurt my nails. I hope the Shellac is something different.
I took advantage of a Walgreen's photo sale and got 30 prints for $3.00 ~ of the grandkids, of course. I'll try to get some of them scrapbooked this weekend too.
