Morning everyone!  It's the first day of my work week, so no sitting around posting/reading for now. Oh well.
Yesterday was such a better day food wise. Glad that little spree from the weekend is over. It makes me remember why we don't eat out much anymore, too many temptations!

I don't have a recipe yet, but will edit to add it later if I find one I like.

Monday's food:

scrambled egg w/ 1/4 c leftover hash browns
cottage cheese w/ cherries
grilled chicken wrap
benefit bar
teriyaki chicken w/ "fried' rice
raspberry sorbet

cals: 1205  fat: 37  carbs: 134  fiber 11  pro: 87

S: apple
D: going out to eat, don't know yet...it will be healthy I promise!

Hi Susan and thanks for all the help yesterday.  I am going to follow your plan and see what happens.  Yesterday was really a great day, food wise.

Oh, I was thinking you should make a post everyday of your recipe's.  This way the people who are not reading this thread and contribute would see all of your great ones.  Just a thought.

Yesterday -

Coffee

B- Protein shake
S- 1/2 Cup cottage cheese
L- Protein drink
S-
D- half of porkchop, green beans, and a very small piece of potatoe and a spoon full of rice.
S-  Piece of cheese and two smokies
Later that night I also had a food bar. I had a taste for chocolate

That's it!

Good morning Susan......I did awful with eating last night....I ate a whole bowl of BUTTERED popcorn!!

I was pissed because of my hair. Susan.....I wish you were here to fix it!! (I wrote about it on the daily thread)

B-High Protein Drink
L-2 tacos
S=protein bar
D-chicken breast and green beans

S-BUTTERED POPCORN!!!!!!!!!!

I had butterd popcorn last night too, just didn't post it because it was so awful I couldn't eat it. How can popcorn be awful, you ask? Well, Gary decided to make it the "old fashioned" way in a pan on the stove. Obviously, it's been a very long time since he's done it this way and the stuff was so tough you couldn't chew it. Actually, I was glad!

Susan, 4:45 a.m. are you kidding me!!!

I thought I was an early riser, but you beat me by a mile.

Here is today's plan:

B- muscle milk light
S -  Chai tea
L - muslce milk light
S - Fiber Plus bar
S - cheese stick
D - (8p.m. or later) -- Pho and SF Jello.

I have been away for a while because I had not internet access at work and my home PC died.  But I'm going to try to come every day because it really helps me stay on the straight and narrow.

Maria, I do sometimes get up that early, but I think there's a time change difference on OH. If I remember, I got up about 5:30, so I probably posted this about 5:45 or so.

Glad you're back  and will come hang out with us. The more the merrier!
