Morning!
I have to find a way to get some of these carbs out of my life! A client brought in peanut butter rice crispy treats the other day OMG!!! Then, someone brought in a bag of bagel chips..so crunchy and yummo, I just couldn't resist. I'm being honest with myself and logging it all to be accountable, but then looking at these numbers just makes me angry with myself!
Oh well, today's another day, right?
Yesterday:
3/4 egg sandwich on double fiber bread w/ 2 slices thin bacon
cottage cheese w/ sf cherries
bagel chips
tuna in pita w/ lettuce
orange
cookie
black beans w/ brown rice and a slice of beer bread
orange
various coffee, lattes and 100 oz water, all vitamins and supplements!
Promise I'll get back to the recipes very soon. I just need some "down' time with all that's been going on. Nothing in comparison to most folks lives, I know, but I need a chill pill....LOL

i hear you about the carbs. they have been sneaking back into my diet too.
ive really been trying to watch them the last few days.
so far today, oatmeal with cheese, and a protein drink, a banana.
my days are so crazy lately, lots of eating out and im being challenged to be creative
with my food choices. but im working on it.
