A lesson learned...don't eat sweets, lol
Well I just had to finally try it. Two years out and ate a scone. What a dumb a$$! Less than an hour later I was sick as a dog. Started out with nausea and the "foamies" then just plain vomiting. Lasted all afternoon and into the night. Went to bed withouth my cpap on afraid I would puke in it. Oh well, a lesson learned. At least I know not to tempt fate ever again, lol. I'm working as weekend supervisor this weekend. Had to work last mothers day too. Got a balance ball chair for work for mother's day. It is really cool. The most comfortable thing I ever sat in. I can even do exercises while I'm sitting there working. I started out with just a balance ball to sit on and really like it but kept waiting to fall off the darn thing because I would keep trying to turn around on it reaching for things. The chair has casters on it so it's great. Everyone have a great mother's day.
sorry you had a bad experience, however, many of us would love it if we had such consequences. . . hope your Mother's Day was good!
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
