Ahoy, Maties!
So I'm more or less up and running again, but I'm not too sure about my boat. I think the engine has pooped out on me! All will be well, soon, I hope!
Yesterday:
quesidilla, on ww tortilla
PB&J on double fiber bread, SF jelly
cuban black beans and rice, 1 slice beer bread
various lattes, protein coffees, and tons of water!
cals: 1301 fat: 32 carbs: 190 fiber: 45 protein: 76

Glad things have calmed down around you. Were you ever able to reschedule with your Nutritionist?
My food plan today:
B- cold cereal (high fiber) w/ soy milk
S- apple
L- big fat juicy burger, salad, pineapple
S- Apple
S- 12 Almonds
D- either cottage cheese or egg whites...something light since I had a burger for lunch
