Hi everyone!

Another rough day ahead, so I'm posting a quick, easy and fun recipe. It suits me for today...lol

Yesterday, along with lattes, protein coffees, 80+ oz water and supplements, I had:

cottage cheese w/ NSA cherry pie filling, mini ww toast
string cheese and 1/2 biscuit
Lean Cuisine Garlic chicken & veggies
chicken thigh, 6 saltines

d- got home late, didn't feel like much, more cottage cheese and cherries, mini bagel
mini bag popcorn
pudding snack cup

cals:  1386   fat: 34  carbs: 172  fiber: 12  protein: 105
