Morning everyone,

Sure hope your days are going well and no one is actually drowning!� Sometimes we might feel that way, but if you are, please know that we're here to help and throw you a life vest. Every thing is better when you have friends along to help out!

Here's a quick and easy breakfast idea that I found. I keep the Southwest flavor Eggbeaters on hand all the time, so I might give it a try tomorrow morning.

Breakfast: EGG-IN-A-MUG -

1/2 cup egg beaters and 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Swiss cheese cut up in a coffee mug sprayed with pam. 1 min on high, stir, 30 seconds more in micro...YUM!

I can see some Bac-O's� tossed in there....Hmmmmm--the possibilities!

Yesterday's menu:

bkfst burrito
2 sticks of string cheese, 10 ww lf crackers
pad thai
mini bag popcorn
chile verde w/ 1/4 c rice
1/4 apple

various lattes and protein coffees

cals: 1310 fat: 44 carb: 139 fiber: 24 pro: 94

Hi Susan and fellow crew-mates! I'm rowing, I'm moving and I'm a grooving!!!!

B: 2 eggs, 2 sausage wrapped in WW wrap with salsa
L: eating early today prime rib and whatever soup North 11 offers, hopefully vegetable
S: apple
S: eat banana on drive over to Becca and Scott's new house they bought
D: beef and salad

Okay I will try not to snack after dinner tonight, we will see how I do.
If I can't stand it, I will eat another apple or celery with peanut butter.

Dr. Verseman said for me to stay between 12-1400 calories

Hello All!

Todays food plan is:

B- Oatmeal
S- Apple
L- Chicken and veg Kebabs, Bulgur wheat pilaf, grapes
S- PB and 1/2 banana on a lite wasa, coffee, 10gr 85% dk choc
S- Protein drink
D- Cauliflower and eggs, fruit (probably pear)

I think that should hold me ok......

Afternoon, Susan and everyone.

I can't remember if I posted what I ate yesterday already.  Ah, my short term memory is getting shorter by the day.

L- Chilli
S-
D- chilli
S- Yougurt  and a half of a atkins food bar.

I don't think I got enough calories in, but I did get all my vit and fluid.  Hip Hip Horay!
