I love the exercise ball....I mostly do exercises for my abs and legs....never got the hang of it for push ups.

I used one when I was heavier and it is a whole lot easier now that I am half the weight!

Hi Ruth, Made it to the gym after work today. It was really crowded. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up a used cell phone. . . Mine is just about dead. So I think I'll go for a long walk when I get home with my neighbor. We walk and talk and walk and talk and walk and talk. Before we know it we've gone 3 or 4 miles. Ruth, I think you ankles are telling you something. Your body has been through a lot. Give it time to heal. Those long walks will be waiting for you in a few weeks.
