well nothing new to talk about today just stayed inside yesterday with all the rain we had. rick isn't feeling up to par but said he feels better than he did yesterday. so thats a good thing.

Feeling good here, too.  I was down nearly a hundred at the doctor's yesterday - with clothes on and food in my system.  I'm down 103 on home scale, and that's the one I use.  Both the NUT and surgeon's ass't thought I was doing really well. 

We had a nice Monday, since  didn't go back to work after the doctor.  My meeting in the morning went well and I will hear soon, I think, about the job.  I'm really ok either way.  I would like it, but I like my current job, too.

I've a couple of friends coming up from out of town today.  Michael will cook for us tonight, and they are staying at my sister's, so that'll be great.   Other than that, all's pretty quiet.
