Morning one and all!

Another day on the water, rowing along and holding my own. Hope all of you are doing well and your journey is smoothly sailing along. If not, give us a shout out and maybe someone can throw you a life preserver and lend a hand!

Today's recipe is the salad I made for dinner last night. I bought some amazing local strawberries and didn't want to use them for a dessert, so this is what I came up with:

1 pkg baby spinach, washed, dried and chilled
1/2 navel orange, cut into chunks
10-12 strawberries, sliced
1 lg cooked chicken breast, cubed
2 tbs slivered almonds
2 tbs crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing

2 nice servings

The rest of my day:

poached egg on toast

2 string cheese, 12 ww crackers

chicken thigh, roasted sweetpotato

greek yogurt w/ strawberries

spinach salad, slice toasted beer bread

FF SF pudding cup, banana

The recipe sounds super yummy. Fresh spinach is a favorite but unfortunately - it is one of the few foods that fights back.

Same old menu - it works.
