Exercise...making muscles - Monday

Hi!
Just a quick stop to start the thread. I have to leave in a few mins for an appointment at the eye doctor.
I did not walk this morning but I will get it done this evening as the sun starts to go down. I may even side on the bike to see how painful it is (still think it's too soon but I am so wanting to go for a ride)
It's the start of a brand new week....what are you doing to keep limber and heart healthy??

I did 30 mins on the recumbent bike with a good book again! LOL
Someone asked what I'm reading, right now it's David Gibbins' The Tiger Warrior.... I finished up the latest Merry Gentry book by Laurell K Hamilton last week.... next I'm on to some Nora Roberts... I bounce around a lot on genre and read so much that I've been known to read the back of the mayo jar.... LOL

It's a 3 mile walk during break time.
I plan on donating blood today so after I do that I can't exercise for the rest of the day. That's the only downside in donation blood...just gotta take it easy, but I can eat a cookie!! LOL
Actually I won't I will take a Clif bar and eat it after I'm done.
Cookies will set me off every time....I love cookies!
