Hope you don't mind me chiming in.....
When I was losing weight I found if I cut my portions way back and up'd my exercise I did not lose anything. Gotta fuel the body so it has enough energy otherwise it slows down and stores everything when it goes into starvation mode.....
Make sure you are eating enough calories....maybe change up what you are eating, not how much.
Like if I eat a lot of beef meals, I always lost less.....if I beef once a week I always had better results.
If I eat a lot of cheese I don't lose as well (also binds me but that's another story)
