GOOOOD Morning....Its Saturday...YIPPEE !!!!

Its 8 am and no one is up yet???  Or is it that you guys haven't had your coffee yet?

Today I have to go shopping for some new protein powder...my dr. have asked me to "refrain" from dairy for a few days.  tummy troubles again.

 I told Annette...stres****I want to go to the pool...the hot tub or spa whatever was heaven.  Hot and wonderful...first time I've been warm in 2 years.

 So my son is going shopping with me.  He is 24...it should be a real eye opener.  Fun tho...

Problem is "I don't drink coffee!" Never have...hate it.  SO I'm always like this...SAD huh.?!!!

I don't like coffee either Marcy!  If it only tastes as good as it smells. LOL

I always got my caffeine from a diet soda.  Can't do those anymore.  There are days I sure miss my caffeine, but don't want to hurt my new tummy so I'll steer clear.  LOL

  How did you make out with the gall bladder issue?  Is your dr. going to remove the nasty ole thang?

Yep the nasty old thing is coming out the 13th of May.  My WLS surgeon is doing the surgery at the recommendation of my PCP.  I'm happy about that as I think I will feel more comfortable with him doing it since he already knows my innards. LOL

I'm just hoping that I won't have any more attacks between now and then.  I've had 3 since surgery and since I'm not eating fatty foods, there isn't much I can do to change my eating habits until then. 

Good...I know I had to fight my surgeon to take mine out.  He finally relented when my liver function levels rose a lot and fast.  After that was out and they took out my bad parathyroid, my stomach pains stopped.

Hey Susan did you dodge the storms last night?  We got a pretty strong storm, and were under a tornado watch, but no warnings. 

We didn't get to go to Des Moines due to all of their illness.  The youngest, 18 months is still vomiting.  I told my daughter it's time to see the doctor.  She's been doing this off and on since Thursday. 

So, I'll tackle the bedroom and hopefull see some light at the end of that dark tunnel before the day is over.

We were under tornado warnings for the last 24 hours. We didn't get much at all, just some periods of heavy rain.

Hope that grandbaby is better soon!
