Ok - brownies with black beans?? I've got to go and read this one.....
My menu for today:
B- Cereal (mix of cold high fiber cereal) Lite Soy Milk, w/1 banana
S- protein
L- BBQ Chicken kebabs, Bulgur wheat pilaf, yogurt, chopped salad
S- PB on lite Wasa, apple
S- protein w/fiber, 12 Almonds
D- Fish (tilapia or tuna), veg, some fruit and maybe a fiber one yogurt

Hello Susan....the recipe sounds interesting...think I will give them a try!

S-string cheese
L-small chef salad
D-pork chop...still trying one occasionally....found out I still can't tolerate them...I cooked them in my crock pot for hours with cream of mushroon soup...tasted good but not worth the hours of pain!!

The black bean brownies sound so intriguing, I just have to try them on the kids.

B - ricotta cheese omelet
S - nada
L - cottage cheese and yogurt (sounds disgusting but tastes great)
S - yogurt
D - Salad greens and turkey meatballs, cinnamon apple
S - Skim milk cocoa with protein drink
