Exercise - Let's get moving......Thursday
Hey Ruth and everyone..
Still trucking to the gym in am before going to work and doing my workouts.. I have been talking to a trainer thee and he has told me some interesting stuff so I went on line to research ,,,HE IS CORRECT as a stud was done at UAB and YEP very true ,,,
I will post later but I plan on starting this and see what happens..

Ok , here is the scoop. He said to do 20 min areobic stuff ,either walk, eliptical bike etc
Then hit the weights and do 3 sets ,,, he said make the first set light enough where you can do 12 rep SECOND SET heavy to where you can only do 6 rep and then the third to where you can do 8 sets ,,, He said to do the upper body 3 days a week and then the lower 2 day , ALL in addition to 20 min and that in 12 weeks I would be shocked..
I have started,,
Funny thing is that the next week after him telling me all this , I read an articvle from a study at UAB hospital where 12 women had done this and lost twice the weight of the women who had done only areobic , It went on to say too that with keeping this program after you reach goal and dropping it to 3 days a week weight training with your 20 min areobic 5 days , that you can easily maintain and eat a good balanced diet ..
SOOOOOOOOO I am headed that way ,,, I am on my 3rd week and YEP,,,, I Can tell a difference ..
