Today is a better day, and I won't go into details, but all is well after the situation yesterday! Yipee!!

Yesterday's food:
latte, protein coffee
bkfst burrito
Grilled chicken taquitos
1/2 pork chop, 1/2 baked potato, green beans
went to the ball park and had waaaaaaaaaaay too many peanuts.
not enough water, but I'll catch up today
cals: 1389 fat:60 (damn peanuts) carbs: 109 fiber: 20 protein: 120

So glad things are working out with your email/banking/starbucks mess.
Today I'm going out to lunch.......so excited to get out of the house for a change! so my food plan for today is:
B- Cereal.....mixed high fiber cereals with milk and a banana
S- 1/2 apple
L- Going to Red Lobster...not sure what I'll have yet. I"m going to go on-line now to find the healthy choices. I have to be strong and resist those cheesy biscuits.
S- Protein
D- probably just some fruit (pear, grapes, fig,) and almonds and maybe a scoop of cottage cheese or some plain yogurt.
