Good luck with getting the mess sorted out.
Todays food plan:
Start- Whey Protein shake (BEFORE I DID MY WALK...hee-hee)
B- Oatmeal
S- 1/2 apple
L- Leftover chicken, broccoli, tiny bit of rice (less than 1/4 cup), tangerine
S- coffee, 1/2 apple, WW snack bar
S- Protein w/fiber
D- Spinach salad with 1/2 cup cook lentils (LOVE Lentils!), 1/2 pear
I'm making yogurt today (already cooked the milk this morning, it's "resting" now), other than that I'm going to be elevating my legs as much as possible so I don't swell after my walk.....

Hi Susan and fellow rowers...I'm rowing and succeeding!! Now I don't usually weigh myself but I have been mindful of my eating and cutting back. Dang...the scale moved downwards (my stepdaughter that lives with us has a scale...used hers)...Now people I am NOT into "scale victories" at all. I'm all about lifestyle change, keeping those good habits that we embrace from the very beginning of our WLS. It's so much more than a number on the scale isn't it???!!!
B: Atkins shake
S: Atkins Sweet and Salty Almond Crunch Bar
S: orange
L: I'm mixing all 3 soups in the cafe in one cup: Vegetarian Garden Vegetable, Philadelphia Steak and cheese and Vegetarian Chili...NO crackers please...LOL
S: banana
S: SoBE vitamin water
S: apple
D: It will be on the run, singing at the 6pm Tax Rally so maybe celery and peanut butter eating on the way there...when I get home a hamburger patty with no bun

Oh the scale is okay for anyone just not me. You are good, you made me giggle. Of course I know you aren't new.
Now me...really old with the WLS since my first one was in 1980!!!!!!
It's amazing how we are all different and what we need to stay accountable.
If the scale holds you accountable that's just fine, it works for you!

I am really sorry to hear about what has happened to you. It is really scary. I am not sure how they got you, but I hope that never happens to me.
Yesterday I did pretty well
B- Protein drink
S- Nothing was running around most of the day
L- Chicken breast and a piece of swiss cheese
S- Protein drink
Dinner - Chicken breast, salad
S- Atkinscarmel nut roll bar.. OMG they are so good.
I bought Equate fiber chewables and started on those yesterday. It seemed to help. I also cut back on my calcium and still in the good range. I am still taking Vit D and Vit D with A
I am into a good routine about taking all these damn pills. lol
