Morning one and all!

No recipe today since I'm not sure what to post!  I need some input as to what you'd like to see. I have access to about a million recipes and want to post things that people are interested in having. So....sing out, what is it you need?

Yesterday was a good day. I had a big break between clients so I went for a two mile walk!!  It was so beautiful out I just couldn't stay in. In fact, when I got back it was time for lunch, so I ate that outside, too. I love spring!

Here's my day:

latte, protein coffee

mini bagel w/ WW cream cheese and 2 thin slices bacon

latte

leftover garlic chicken w/ broccoli

benefit bar

protein coffee

albondigas

latte

mini rice cakes

I need to start paying more attention to the time. Too many days I skip feedings. Then the dizzie**** and I'm reminded to eat. Can't help row this barge without fuel.

B - fruit, cottage cheese & Kashi
L - maybe out with a friend
D - Tom's at a golf meeting so the same as breakfast - easy
S - apple & pb

That's the plan.

Yes, you do!

I get into the same thing about time, but I know when I need to eat, a lot of time I just don't GET to eat. Like today, I had just a few minutes to have lunch, ate it too fast, then lost it .  So, there went whatever calories I had planned on from lunch.

Damn
